Are you eggs/meat/carrots free range, organic or fair trade?
Aside from our eggs, we cannot guarantee that all of our meat is free range or organic. We work with several suppliers to bring you the best price.  We continually have a focus for locally sourced produces and whenever possible we also have an ethical preference for products we select. We do call out any items items we have confirmed to be free range, organic or otherwise ethically grown.

What is the meaning of “Local”?
While there is no set definition for local in the context of food, we define it as any product sourced from Manitoba. Our delivery and pick up runs span hundreds of kilometres a week, ensuring you get some pretty awesome choices!

Partnering/Carrying your products
If you are a local (Manitoba) preducer and would like to partner with us, please send us an email.

I have seen something you carry cheaper/somewhere else.
Buy it! The important thing is to always try to support local. If we can not get something at a price that is better than someone else, you should make the choice that is best for you. If prices are close, contact us and we may be able to work something out. In other cases the supplier may have multiple distribution paths and we simply cant beat all the prices out there. We do not aim to be the cheapest distributor, we aim to bring the best food to your door.

Allergies
We work with a wide variety of suppliers and as such are not able to ensure certain ingredients may not be in our products. Please advise us prior to ordering if you have any concerns.

Regular orders
When we first started, many of our customers started to want regular orders each week. To support this we started our subscription service which we will be launching on our website soon for more clients to take advantage of.

We have 4 locations you can pick up your orders from in case our delivery windows do not work for you.
They are located on Donald, Dudley, Atlantic and Jefferson. We can deliver your order to them directly for you to pick up during the week. We also attend some local markets, and can meet up there with your orders.
